The Rebuild Coaching Program is a 12-week coaching process, billed every 4 weeks. Programs start at $749 + HST every 4 weeks. Most clients choose Rebuild Coaching at $1,199 + HST every 4 weeks, which includes two in-person coaching sessions per week, structured training, nutrient-first nutrition coaching and tracking, accountability, and monthly progress and personal data review.

I’m Firas Maraby, a strength and nutrition coach with 18+ years of coaching experience and a background in kinesiology, health, and psychology. I help busy adults who feel physically off-track rebuild their strength, eating habits, routine, and confidence.
My approach is evidence-based, experience-informed, structured, practical, and honest, but also deeply human. I understand that people do not fall off track because they are lazy.
