The Rebuild Coaching Program
A 12-week strength, nutrition, and accountability coaching program for busy adults who feel physically off-track and want to rebuild
The Rebuild Coaching Program is not casual personal training or random workouts. It is a structured coaching process built to help you rebuild strength, eating habits, routine, confidence, and physical capacity through in-person training, nutrient-first nutrition, daily tracking, and progress review.
What Makes Rebuild Different
Most fitness programs focus on workouts, calories, and motivation. Rebuild is built on three integrated systems: purposeful strength training, nutrient-first nutrition, and data-informed coaching.
We do not train strength only for numbers on a bar. We rebuild the body’s ability to produce force, move well, stabilize, condition, recover, and stay capable in real life.
Instead of starting with restriction or calorie obsession, we build nutrition from the body’s requirements upward: protein, fiber, micronutrients, food quality, fat quality, energy, and sustainable structure.
We track what matters: training numbers, food patterns, body weight trends, sleep, stress, fatigue, mood, and consistency. Then we use that data to adjust the plan instead of guessing.

The Rebuild Method
The program is built around five pillars: Strength, Nutrition, Structure, Accountability, and Resilience. These pillars work together because fitness does not fall apart in one area only. Training, eating, stress, confidence, schedule, sleep, and environment all affect whether you can stay consistent.
-
Training is built around strength, muscle, movement quality, conditioning, and physical confidence. The goal is not to chase random soreness. The goal is to train with purpose, progress safely, and build a body that feels capable again.
Sessions are structured around your current ability, training history, goals, and limitations. We focus on proper technique, progressive training, and a plan that can evolve as you get stronger.
-
Nutrition is built around what your body actually needs first. We focus on protein, fiber, hydration, food quality, meal structure, fat quality, micronutrient coverage, and sustainable calorie direction based on your goal.
This is not a crash diet and it is not generic meal-plan coaching. The goal is to help you understand how to eat in a way that supports strength, energy, recovery, body composition, and long-term health.
-
Most people do not fail because they lack information. They fail because their week has no structure. The program gives you a clear plan for training, nutrition, habits, check-ins, and progress review.
Structure lowers the amount of daily decision-making. You know what to do, when to do it, and what we are tracking.
-
Accountability means you are not left alone between sessions. We use check-ins, app-supported tracking, nutrition logging, training data, and regular review to see what is actually happening.
When motivation drops, we adjust. When life gets busy, we problem-solve. When patterns show up, we address them before they turn into another stop-start cycle.
-
Life will not become perfect just because you start training. Work, family, stress, sleep, and responsibilities will still exist. The goal is to build a system that can survive real life.
My coaching is direct and structured, but not shame-based. The goal is to help you rebuild without pretending that consistency is only a physical problem.
